We are delighted to share with you our award that was received for outstanding contribution made in supporting the local community during the Coivd-19 pandemic 2021.
Cost of living support
The TMC is playing its part to help support residents during these difficult times. A budget has been agreed by the management committee to install radiator reflectors in tenanted properties. These reflectors are installed behind radiators which are on the external walls to help keep the heat in. This scheme is currently being rolled out. We are also replacing the bathroom lights with LED lights in tenanted flat which will also help reduce running costs.

Fire risk obstruction in communal areas
From our recent inspections of blocks we have come across obstructions/items stored in communal areas which can be detrimental in case of fire and cause, trips, delays in evacuation /rescue efforts in an emergency.

Anti-Social Behaviour
It is the right of every resident to feel safe and secure in their own home. We will support any resident who is suffering antisocial behaviour and take action against those who behave in an antisocial way.
